STESA.org stands for Service, Therapy, and Emotional Support Animals. We are a dedicated membership organization committed to advocating for and supporting the diverse needs of individuals who rely on emotional support animals (ESAs), therapy animals, and service animals.

Our Mission

At STESA, our mission is to build a vibrant and supportive community where members can connect, share resources, and advocate for one another. We believe in the power of collective support and collaboration to enhance the lives of those who rely on these vital animals. Our community includes people from all walks of life—whether you need an animal, have one, require training, or offer it, we are here to help.

Our Journey

This marks our eighth year of operation and our fifth year participating in the Ventura County Fair. Over the years, we’ve grown significantly and now proudly serve over 500 members in Ventura County. Our goal is to expand our membership to 1,000 members and beyond, fostering a larger network of support and advocacy.

What We Offer

• Community Support: Our members come from diverse backgrounds and have varied needs. Whether you’re looking for guidance on getting approved for an ESA, seeking training, or simply need support, STESA is here to help. We’ve navigated the challenges of COVID-19 and are now focusing on rebuilding and strengthening our community.
• Online Features: Our newly upgraded website is live, with exciting features being gradually rolled out. These include forums where members can ask questions and provide answers, as well as a rating system for businesses like restaurants, stores, hotels, and airlines. This allows you to share your experiences and help others make informed decisions about where to go and where to avoid.
• Exclusive Member Benefits: As our membership base grows, more businesses are offering discounts, promotions, and special services for STESA members. By joining, you can access these benefits and discover which establishments are actively seeking your business.
